This page is maintained by Third Wheel Eats and describes our own practices.
What we collect
Third Wheel Eats works without accounts, so we don't collect names or profiles from people browsing the site. If you submit the restaurant interest form or the contact form, we store exactly what you typed: your name, email, city, restaurant details and your message.
Why we collect it
Form submissions are used to reply to you and, for restaurants, to discuss sponsorship. We don't sell submissions, rent them, or add them to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Location
If you tell the app how far you're willing to travel, that preference is used to shape a pick in the moment. We do not require precise location access and we do not integrate third-party mapping services on this site.
Analytics and cookies
We use only what's needed to keep the site working and to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in our managed database. Access is restricted to administrators of Third Wheel Eats; the forms themselves can only add records, never read them.
Retention and deletion
We keep form submissions for as long as the conversation is useful, and delete them on request. Email us with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll confirm deletion.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and adjust the effective date below.
